These are plain booking rules for Nature North Travel Chiangmai. Choose a tour package, enter guest details, then pay through Stripe checkout.

Stripe is the hosted checkout option, so card or payment details are handled by Stripe, not stored on this website. Use the payment page only after choosing a package from the tour page.
Non-refundable bookings
All payments are final and non-refundable under any circumstances. Guests must contact Nature North Travel by WhatsApp or email to verify availability and confirm exact travel dates before paying. Payments made without prior date confirmation remain subject to availability and cannot be refunded.
Pickup and weather
Pickup time depends on hotel area, traffic, route order, and weather. Some outdoor routes can change during heavy rain, unsafe water levels, or temporary attraction closures.
Insurance and activity safety
Guide, transport, lunch, entrance, and insurance details are confirmed by route. Guests should tell the team about mobility, medical, age, or activity concerns before booking.
Privacy
Booking details are used to answer inquiries, arrange pickup, coordinate suppliers, and match payments. The site does not ask guests to enter card details directly.
